The EU Special Representative for the Kosova – Serbia dialogue, Miroslav Lajčák, authoritatively instructed Kosova from Belgrade. The Association of Serbian Municipalities has to be created, even if it means changing the Constitution of Kosova.
The EU envoy Lajčák is not planning on improving and fixing the problem that the two nations have. He requests the formation of the Association with tenacity, but when it comes to the mutual recognition between the two countries, he remains neutral.
This approach brings about ethnic divisions within Kosova and the freezing of diplomatic ties with Serbia. This is not the way of solving the problem but rather of perpetuating it indefinitely.
Instead of committing for equality and peace among people, the EU is actively dividing them.
